Inspired by one of my favorite Movie scenes' these Coconut and Lime Cookies are the perfect balance of chewy coconut and refreshing Lime. This is definitely my favorite Summer cookie!
Bakewell Tart
Bring a taste of the English countryside into your home. Our Bakewell Tart starts with a buttery, scratch-made shortcrust pastry shell. We spread a rich layer of tart raspberry jam across the bottom, then fill it to the brim with a velvety, golden almond frangipane. Baked to perfection and crowned with toasted flaked almonds and a dusting of confectioners' sugar, it is sweet, nutty, and completely irresistible. Available in Full-Sized 9 Inch Tart or Individual Mini, and as always baked to order.
